Sample questions
Three questions from the AI-201 practice bank, with the answer and why each option is right or wrong.
Question 1
A sales director wants reps to open an account, click a button on the Account Research component and get a summary of research about that company drawn from the web. Which prompt template type sits behind this feature?
- A. Record Research
- B. Record Summary
- C. Flex
- D. Sales Emails
Answer: A. Record Research is the template type for account research. It runs from the Account Research component or from an agent, and it searches the web through the Einstein Search Web Retriever. [2]
- A. Right. Record Research templates return summarized research results, run from the Account Research component or an agent query, and use the Einstein Search Web Retriever.
- B. Wrong. Record Summary produces a view of the data already on the record, and it serves the Summarize Record action. It does no outside research.
- C. Wrong. Flex covers needs that no other type handles. A type built for account research already exists, so starting from Flex adds work for no gain.
- D. Wrong. Sales Emails drafts a personalized message to a customer. It produces an email, not a research summary on an account.
Question 2
An admin saved a file based Agentforce Data Library an hour ago, and it still isn't ready. The admin wants to see which build stage it has reached and inspect the Data 360 objects created so far. Where should the admin look?
- A. The Process History tab of the default data space
- B. The status card on the data library setup page
- C. The Setup Audit Trail
- D. The agent's Trace panel in Agentforce Builder
Answer: B. The status card is the place to follow a data library build. It shows each stage, from data structures to search index, retriever, chunking and indexing, and links to the Data 360 objects behind each stage. [3]
- A. Wrong. A data space doesn't carry a build history for a library. The library's own setup page tracks each stage.
- B. Right. The status card updates at each build stage and links each completed stage to its underlying Data Cloud object in Data 360.
- C. Wrong. Setup Audit Trail records configuration changes in Setup. It doesn't follow a library through chunking and indexing.
- D. Wrong. The Trace panel shows how an agent reasoned in a preview conversation. A library that isn't built yet has nothing to show there.
Question 3
A developer writes a new Agentforce Service agent in Script view and needs to name the user record the agent runs as. In which Agent Script block does default_agent_user belong?
- A. config
- B. access
- C. connection
- D. variables
Answer: B. Agent Script splits agent setup across blocks. The access block holds default_agent_user, whose permissions decide what the agent can reach. [4]
- A. Wrong. The config block holds settings such as developer_name, description and agent_type. The agent user goes in the access block.
- B. Right. The access block defines default_agent_user, the username of the agent user. It is required for Agentforce Service agents.
- C. Wrong. The connection block describes how the agent interacts with outside connections such as Enhanced Chat.
- D. Wrong. The variables block lists the variables that the agent and script use. The agent user isn't a variable.
