Sample questions

Three questions from the AD0-E911 practice bank, with the answer and why each option is right or wrong.

Question 1

Which Home widget lists the pending requests for every team a user is on, with buttons to assign a request or take it on?

  • A. `My requests`
  • B. `Mentions`
  • C. `Team requests`
  • D. `My approval`

Answer: C. On the Home page, `Team requests` is where a team member picks up work sent to a team. Adobe Workfront groups the pending requests by team and offers buttons to assign one or work on it. [2]

  • A. Wrong. `My requests` offers a filter and a button to rearrange its columns. It has no team grouping and no buttons to assign a request or work on it.
  • B. Wrong. `Mentions` covers recent comments the user made or was tagged in during the past 2 weeks. It carries no request list.
  • C. Right. Adobe Workfront lists pending requests for all of the user's teams in `Team requests`, sorted by team, with buttons to assign a request or work on it.
  • D. Wrong. `My approval` holds pending, assigned, delegated and submitted approvals, with buttons for approval decisions. Team requests are not part of it.

Question 2

The names, descriptions and colors of the milestones in a milestone path that several projects use need checking from a project report that shows the `Milestone Path Name` column. Which step in the report shows all three?

  • A. Hover over the path's name in the `Milestone Path Name` column.
  • B. Click the path's name in the `Milestone Path Name` column.
  • C. Group the report by `Milestone Path Name`.
  • D. Apply the `Milestone` view to the report.

Answer: B. A project report with the `Milestone Path Name` column links each path to its details page, which lists the path's name, ID, description and groups, and the name, description, color and color icon of each milestone. [3]

  • A. Wrong. The path's details open when you click its name in that column, not when you hover over it.
  • B. Right. Clicking a path's name in the `Milestone Path Name` column opens its details page, with the milestone names, descriptions, colors and color icons.
  • C. Wrong. A grouping arranges the report's projects. The milestone names, descriptions and colors are on the path's details page.
  • D. Wrong. Milestone descriptions are not among the information the Milestone view displays for a project.

Question 3

Under which `Completion Mode` can a project manager set a project to a status that equates with Complete by hand?

  • A. Either mode, once the project is Current
  • B. Either mode, once every task and issue is complete
  • C. Manual
  • D. Automatic

Answer: C. `Completion Mode` decides who completes a project. With Manual, the project manager selects Complete once the work is done; with Automatic, Adobe Workfront does it. [4]

  • A. Wrong. Being Current does not open the Complete status to a manual choice. That depends on the Completion Mode being Manual.
  • B. Wrong. Finished tasks and issues are needed before any project completes, but only the Manual mode lets a person select the Complete status.
  • C. Right. A project can be set by hand to a status that equates with Complete only when its Completion Mode is Manual.
  • D. Wrong. With Automatic, Adobe Workfront marks the project Complete itself once its tasks and issues are done, and nobody picks Complete by hand.
